Right now our first priority is the wellbeing of our teams and customers. We are carefully monitoring daily developments of the COVID-19 situation worldwide and follow the advice from WHO and local authorities closely.

DELIVERIES

We are still open 24/7 - and currently operating as normal.

We are shipping as usual - please note that some deliveries may take longer than usual. Estimated delivery time is 4-6 business days.

We only offer home delivery service, as some countries have limited delivery services available.

Our delivery partner DHL are monitoring the health of their drivers closely - vehicles are disinfected daily and drivers are washing their hands and using hand sanitiser regularly.

We are taking strict and all necessary precautions to ensure warehouse and delivery staff are protected and kept safe when fulfilling your orders. A reduced amount of people are working at the same time to provide safe working conditions. 

RETURNS

Returns can be done as usual within 30 days receipt.

If you are unable to visit a drop-off point, please contact our customer service, and they will be able to help you find another solution. Please note that fees may apply.

There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be transmitted via fabric/footwear (WHO), nevertheless, all returned products will be carefully checked and treated before added back into inventory as per our standard procedures.
